Content Update

Content Creation: Will you be responsible for writing the content for my website?

1. Basic Plan: You provide your text and we will copy/paste in the area of the site you request.
2. Premium plan: We can edit your text upon request and provide you with a suggestion (includes 2 revisions).

Image Handling: Do you edit my images?

1. On the Basic Plan: You provide web-ready images (based on the specs we will provide).
2. On the Premium Plan: We edit the images for you (includes cropping, reshaping, basic enhancements, 2 revisions).

Audio and Video: Do you provide editing services?

For both packages, we request that you send us your media embed links from platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, etc.

This provides some considerable advantages:
- Faster Website Loading: Embedding media from third-party platforms reduces strain on your server bandwidth.
- Improved Site Speed: Videos and media load from external servers, keeping your website's performance steady.
- Bandwidth Conservation: You save significant server traffic and disk space by using external hosting platforms.

Money Matter

How do you define the size of a project?

Overall we define the size of a project by using several factors. It includes the scope, the complexity and the urgency.

Scope - defined by the number of pages included.
- Small Website: 1-5 pages (e.g., a personal portfolio or a single-page business site).
- Medium Website: 6-20 pages (e.g., a small business website with product pages).
- Large Website: 21+ pages (e.g., an e-commerce site or a corporate website with multiple departments).

Complexity - defined by the features included.
- Low: Basic HTML/CSS, contact form, responsive design (e.g., a simple brochure website).
- Medium: Content Management System (CMS), blog functionality, basic e-commerce (e.g., a small online store).
- High: Custom web applications, advanced e-commerce, user authentication, API integrations (e.g., a social networking platform).

Urgency - defined by the completion time to ship the site.
- Low: 2-3 months (e.g., a non-time-sensitive project for a new business).
- Medium: 1-2 months (e.g., a website redesign for an existing business).
- High: Up to 1 month (e.g., a landing page for an upcoming event or product launch).

How do you price your services?

Our pricing reflects the value, expertise, and time invested in each project. We don't compete on price but on quality and results. This allows us to dedicate proper resources to your project and deliver work that drives real business results. See our pricing calculator above to have an overall idea.

Your pricing exceeds my budget. Can we get a discount?

Building a website involves a plethora of skills that a single person can rarely combine.
Our team is made up of experts who excel in their respective fields. Not only will we deploy your project, but we will also maintain it.

Is web hosting service included in your pricing?

No, it is not included. However, we work exclusively with the following web hosting companies:
- Small and Medium Projects: Hostinger and Kinsta
- Large Projects: Digital Ocean and AWS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards. The payment is secured through Stripe.com.

Do I need to settle the payment before the service?

For the following service, Web Design, SEO Service, Full Stack Dev and User Experience (UX/UI), the payment goes as follow:

  • 50% of the project cost is due at the beginning.
  • 25% is due upon reaching the first milestone.
  • 25% is due when the project is completed and shipped.

Web consulting service: The full amount is due at the time of booking each session.

What is your refund policy?

All payments are final and non-refundable.*
Failing on your part to send us the assets needed to complete your project by the deadline indicated disqualifies you from a refund.

*Exception - If we miss the project delivery time due to a fault of our own, we will refund you.

Working Together: What to Expect

How do we ensure a successful collaboration?

Our best projects emerge from true partnerships. We work WITH our clients, not FOR them. This means regular communication, mutual respect for expertise, and a shared commitment to achieving your goals. We bring our design expertise, and you bring your business knowledge – together, we create exceptional results.

What information do you need from clients?

Clear, detailed project requirements are essential for success. We ask our clients to provide specific instructions, prompt feedback, and organized content. This helps us deliver exactly what you need while maintaining our timeline and quality standards.

How do you handle project revisions?

Each project phase includes a set number of revision rounds, clearly outlined in our service agreement. This structured approach helps maintain project momentum and ensures thoughtful, purposeful changes rather than endless tweaks.

What is your communication policy?

We maintain regular business hours and respond to communications within one business day. We schedule check-ins at key project milestones and use a project management system to keep everything organized. This allows us to focus on delivering high-quality work while staying accessible to our clients.

What makes for an ideal client-agency relationship?

Our most successful partnerships are with clients who:

  • Value professional design expertise
  • Provide timely feedback and clear direction
  • Respect project timelines and processes
  • Understand that quality work requires adequate time and investment
  • Are open to creative solutions that serve their business goals
  • Honor our agreed-upon scope and terms
How do you handle project scope and timelines?
We begin each project with a detailed scope document and timeline. Changes to the scope are carefully evaluated to assess their impact on the timeline and budget. This ensures we can maintain our high quality standards while meeting project objectives.
Why do you require a signed agreement before starting?
Our service agreement protects both parties by clearly defining deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. This ensures we have a shared understanding of the project scope and prevents misunderstandings that could impact the final result.
How do we handle urgent changes or rush requests?
While we understand that urgent needs arise, rush requests can impact other clients' projects and our team's work quality. We have a fair process for handling urgent changes, which may incur additional fees. We recommend following our established timeline to ensure the best results.
What content do you need from us, and when?
All required content (text, images, brand assets) should be provided before we begin the design phase. Delays in content delivery directly impact project timelines. We provide a detailed content checklist at project start and can recommend content creation services if needed.
How do you handle feedback and decision-making?
We request that clients designate a primary decision-maker who can provide consolidated feedback from all stakeholders. This streamlines communication and prevents conflicting directions that could delay the project or compromise the design.
What happens if we need to pause or cancel the project?
Project pauses or cancellations impact our resource allocation and scheduling. Our agreement includes clear terms for these situations, including payment for completed work and potential restart fees. We encourage open discussion about any concerns before considering project interruptions.
How do you stay updated with current design trends and technologies?
We invest in continuous learning and professional development. However, we prioritize designs that serve your business goals over trending styles that might not align with your audience or objectives.
Can we request changes after the project is completed?
Post-launch changes are handled as new mini-projects to ensure proper attention and resources. We offer maintenance packages for ongoing updates and can discuss these options during the initial project planning.
What makes some website projects fail?

Common pitfalls include:

  • Unclear business objectives and target audience definition
  • Insufficient content planning and preparation
  • Decision by committee without clear leadership
  • Resistance to professional recommendations
  • Prioritizing personal preferences over user experience
  • Unrealistic timeline expectations
  • We actively work to prevent these issues through our structured process.
How do you maintain website security and performance?

We follow industry best practices for security and optimize all sites for performance. However, maintaining these standards requires client cooperation in regular updates and avoiding compromising modifications after launch.

What ongoing support do you provide?
While we offer various maintenance packages, all clients receive documentation for their website and basic training. This empowers you to handle routine updates while knowing expert help is available when needed.
How do you handle design disagreements?
Our designs are based on user experience principles, industry best practices, and your business goals. We welcome discussion about design choices and can explain the strategic thinking behind our decisions. If needed, we can explore alternative solutions that maintain design integrity while addressing your concerns.
What's your policy on website hosting and domain management?
We recommend specific hosting solutions that meet our quality and security standards. While clients are free to use their preferred providers, we cannot guarantee optimal performance on platforms that don't meet our technical requirements.
